For the Transfer Scholar Awards, the transfer’s combined college cumulative GPA must be 3.0 or higher. The calculation will be made using grades earned in any of the following:
  • College courses taken through dual enrollment as a high school student
  • College courses taken after high school
  • College courses in which the student is currently enrolled
  • College courses in process of completion at the time the admission application is reviewed

All of the above awards are renewable as long as the recipient maintains the specified Cedarville cumulative GPA:

3.2 for academic awards; 2.0 for the Access Grant. These awards are available for eight semesters (fall and spring terms only) and require full-time undergraduate enrollment.

Scholarship decisions are based on college transcript(s) received as of June 15 for fall semester transfers, and January 15 for spring semester transfers.

*Transfer students may be eligible for additional scholarships (Athletic, One Campus, Presidential Leadership and/or program specific)
