Pamela Carter has been employed with the State of Ohio for 12 years. She currently works for the Ohio Governor's Council on People with Disabilities as an Ability Advocate. This 21-member Council advises the Governor and General Assembly on statewide disability issues. Ms. Carter also works as staff support for the Ohio Business Leadership Network, an educational organization that supports best practices in employment and advancement of people with disabilities. Ms. Carter earned a B.A. from the Ohio State University in Journalism and an MBA from Ashland University. She is a veteran of the United States Army and the proud parent of a child with a disability.
