We are unable to refund registrations after October 1, 2021. Any requests to add students or adults after October 1 will be subject to an additional charge per person.

A registration deadline is essential to prepare appropriate amounts of food, supplies, and volunteer group leaders for event attendees. Follow this deadline to make your Cedarville experience the best one possible!

Medical Release Form

Bring a Cedarville University medical release form (PDF) signed by a parent or guardian for each student that attends Junior Jam. These will be collected at check-in. For students who bring the Cedarville medical release form, we will not require a registration card upon arrival. This will speed up your church's check-in process. Thank you for your help in this matter!

For churches that have their own medical release forms, we still require the Cedarville medical release form as our registration form and as a release to care for a student's medical needs during Junior Jam. If your group has attended this event in the past, please do not use previous versions of the Junior Jam medical release form.

What to Wear/Bring

Students should wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Since weather may be cool, be sure to bring a jacket as some activities will be outside. Please ask students to bring as little as possible! There is very limited space available to store personal belongings.

Adult Leaders - PLEASE NOTE!

This year we are requiring one adult leader per 10 children to stay with your group throughout the duration of Junior Jam. We will be assigning no less than two Cedarville student leaders to each group. In addition, we will only be offering one adult leader workshop at 1 p.m. presented by Jesse Joyner.
