The Worship 4:24 Conference at Cedarville University is on January 24-25, 2020. Co-sponsored by the State Convention of Baptists in Ohio and Cedarville University Department of Music and Worship, this conference is designed to equip and encourage worship leaders, musicians, bands, praise teams, choirs, tech crews, and students to be effective leaders.

Travis Cottrell

Travis Cottrell serves as Worship Pastor at Englewood Baptist Church in Jackson, Tennessee. For the last 18 years, he has also served as worship leader for Beth Moore’s Living Proof Live conferences, where he has been able to minister in all 50 states and in several other countries. His ministry is fueled by his desire to see this generation of the body of Christ come together in worship, and he longs for people to know, love, and worship the Maker and Lover of their souls. That’s his passion, and ministering to God’s people is his great privilege. He and his wife, Angela, have been married for 22 years and have three children. Jon Egan

Jon Egan

Jon Egan is a worship leader and songwriter serving New Life Church in Colorado Springs, CO, who is best known for the songs “I Am Free,” “Overcome,” “Strong God,” “Make A Way” and “On The Throne.” In addition to serving on the New Life Worship team and recording numerous audio and video projects for the church, Jon is a co-founder and former leader of the student-focused Desperation Band with whom he has toured throughout the U.S. and around the world.

Throughout his career, Jon has collaborated with a variety of writers, producers and artists including Jason Ingram, Paul Mabury, Mia Fieldes, Jeremy Camp, Kari Jobe and Paul Baloche. His combined recordings with New Life and Desperation Band include the critically-acclaimed favorites Strong God, Soak (instrumental), Counting On God, You Hold It All, Light Up The World, Center Of It All and Banner.

Jon’s first solo recording, the live album Unveil, is available through Integrity Music. “Worship is a weapon,” says Jon. “It stands in defiance of darkness to sing about such a great and marvelous light. When we sing about the greater reality of Jesus, earthly realities grow strangely dim.”

Bob Kauflin

Bob Kauflin is a pastor, songwriter, speaker, writer, and director of Sovereign Grace Music. He is the author of Worship Matters:Leading Others to Encounters the Greatness of God and True Worshipers:Seeking What Matters to God, and blogs at Worshipmatters.com. He is passionately in love with his wife, Julie, father to six children, and Pop-Pop to an ever-growing number of grandchildren.

Natalie Runion

Natalie is a Worship Pastor and the Associate Pastor of Women at New Life Church in Colorado Springs, CO where she lives with her husband Tony and two daughters (Annabelle 10, Selah 7). Originally from Cincinnati, OH Natalie grew up in a pastor's home where she learned to love the local church and found a passion for worship leadership, songwriting and teaching. In addition to her pastoral role at New Life Church Natalie is a songwriter and worship leader for Ascension Collective based out of Jacksonville, FL. Her heart is to pastor the next generation of worship leaders and teachers who will serve the local and global Church, equipping them in leadership both on and off the platform through a brand new ministry she is pioneering called, "Raised to Stay."

Earlene Williams

Earlene Welch Williams

After becoming a Christian, Earlene found GOD calling her into ministry and now has been a minister’s wife for over 40 years. During this time, she has served in various leadership roles and gained a broad prospective of different ministries. One of her passions is encouraging others in their service for the LORD through teaching, counseling, and ministry consulting. Currently Earlene travels with her husband Terry, partnering with him in Priority Worship Ministry as well as the Florida Baptist Convention, where he serves as their Music and Worship Consultant. She has worked with different ministry events for children, missions, and developed conferences for women and ministry wives. Earlene has taught at local, state, and national conferences. Above all, Earlene’s constant desire is to love the LORD with all of her heart, soul, mind, and strength through a lifestyle of worship and service, and encourage others to do the same. Second, be a support for her husband as well as care for her family. She has been blessed with two children and five grandchildren.

Terry Williams

Terry Williams

Terry Williams is the founder and president of Priority Worship, an itinerant ministry that provides coaching, consulting, preaching, and worship leadership for pastors, leaders, choirs, orchestras, praise teams, bands, and tech teams. Terry also serves as the Music and Worship Consultant of the Florida Baptist Convention. He previously served for 14 years as the Team Strategist of the Music and Worship Ministries at the Florida Baptist Convention. He was the Associate Pastor for Music and Worship at First Baptist Church of Ocala, Florida, for over 10 years, as well as other churches in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. He is also the director of the over 600-member Florida Worship Choir and Orchestra. Under his leadership, this team has led worship concerts in Coventry, England; the Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; as well as Carnegie Hall, Central Park, and Brooklyn Tabernacle in New York. They have recorded five choir and orchestra projects with Prism Music. Terry holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida, and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.

His passion for worship combined with his experience as a music minister and worship leader for over 40 years gives him a unique perspective and insight for training and inspiring today’s worshipers. Terry and his wife, Earlene, live in Ocala, Florida, and share a common calling as ministry partners.
