Cedarville, Ohio - Dr. Martin Clark, vice president for development at Cedarville University, recently spoke at the Oxford Round Table at Oxford University in England. The Oxford Round Table is an annual invitational symposium on the future of higher education. This year's symposium focused on finance in higher education. Clark's address was titled "College and University Financing: A Contrarian Approach." In it, he advanced the principles implemented in Cedarville's successful free market approach to financial management that are different than more typical approaches to higher education funding. Each address was followed by reactions from a selected panel and by open discussion among all the delegates. Clark has been at Cedarville University since 1974 and has been vice president for development since 1984. He and his wife Bonni reside in Beavercreek.
