James MacDonald to Speak at Cedarville Winter Enrichment Conference

Cedarville, Ohio—Cedarville University is pleased to welcome Dr. James MacDonald as its guest speaker for the 2003 Winter Enrichment Conference, which will run January 14-16. Born in London, Ontario, MacDonald is the senior and founding pastor of Harvest Bible Chapel in Rolling Meadows, Ill. Built upon prayer, boldness in evangelism, exposition of God`s Word, and contemporary worship, Harvest has grown to more than 6,000 worshippers in its 14-year history. MacDonald has extensive retreat and Bible conference speaking experience. His teaching, which emphasizes the precise exposition of God`s Word and its practical life application, can be heard on his daily radio broadcast Walk in the Word (which airs daily on CDR Radio, THE PATH 90.3 FM, Monday through Friday, at 6:30 p.m.). MacDonald holds a master`s degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a doctorate from Phoenix Seminary. MacDonald will speak in the Jeremiah Chapel of the Dixon Ministry Center at 7 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and at 10 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. Admission for these sessions is free and the public is invited. The CDR Radio Network will broadcast the morning sessions at 11 a.m. and the evening sessions live at 7 p.m. MacDonald will also be the speaker for a special Pastors Summit on Thursday, Jan. 16. Pastors can attend a special keynote address by MacDonald, called "Why I Am Passionate About Passionate Preaching," at 11 a.m. MacDonald will also hold a 1:45 p.m. question and answer time with pastors. Cost for this special Pastors Summit is $25 per person, which includes lunch.
