Cedarville, Ohio - Cedarville University staff and faculty members ranked their place of employment very highly in a recent survey of employee satisfaction. The first ever "Best Christian Places to Work" survey, commissioned by "Christianity Today" magazine (CT), was conducted entirely online. It surveyed employees of more than 80 organizations about their employers' management practices, including workforce communication, compensation, and clarity of organizational mission. Cedarville University was ranked fourth in the nation in the "large colleges and universities" category. According to CT, "The landmark survey is the largest ever conducted on the attitudes of employees of Christian workplaces, with more than 8,500 respondents. The winners are featured in the cover story of the April issue of CT, which is available today. The Associated Press recently called CT 'evangelicalism's quality middlebrow voice.'"
