by Public Relations Office

Cedarville, Ohio-More than 1,200 sixth through ninth graders from Ohio and neighboring states are expected to converge on Cedarville University Friday and Saturday, Feb. 25-26 for CedarMania. In its tenth year, CedarMania provides a variety of fun activities designed to engage students socially and challenge them spiritually. This year`s theme, "MSI: Mind Scene Investigation," will feature Dr. Bill Brown, president of Cedarville University, as he encourages students to use discernment in their music, television, and media choices. The youth will enjoy a high-energy, action-packed, all-night event with a student praise band, exciting competitions and crazy games, a campus-wide scavenger hunt, a late-night pizza party, and much more. Hundreds of Cedarville University students have volunteered to help with the event - doing everything from planning and leading games to working as a small group leader or serving pizza. Media interested in covering this event should contact the public relations office at 937-766-7808. More information about CedarMania is available at www.cedarville.edu/cedarmania. -30-
