Cedarville, Ohio-In a flurry of colorful native costumes, the Children of the World international children's choir will offer a musical message of hope and compassion at Cedarville University on Wednesday, Nov. 9. The performance begins at 10 a.m. in the Jeremiah Chapel of Cedarville's Dixon Ministry Center. The Children of the World international children's choir is made up of disadvantaged children from countries such as India, Brazil, Uganda, and the Philippines. Each year, the group travels the U.S. to increase awareness of the plight of homeless and orphaned children all over the world and recruit sponsors for World Help's child sponsorship program (www.worldhelp.net). Their presentation will include powerful personal testimonies, songs in both English and native dialects, and a video presentation including footage of their home countries.
