Nutrition Seminar Rescheduled at Cedarville University

Cedarville, Ohio—Cedarville University`s nutrition seminar "Putting It All Together," originally set for March 1, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 20. The 12 p.m. seminar in Room 205 of the Engineering, Nursing, Science Center will focus on practical lunch-planning techniques for those with specific dietary requirements. The session will be led by registered dietician Ellen Thompson, a Springfield resident who owns a consulting business for planning and overseeing meals in several assisted living facilities. Cedarville University`s Wellness Center offers seminars to the public throughout the year on topics such as cancer prevention, stress reduction, diet, and fitness training.
