Piano and Choral Concerts Slated at Cedarville

Cedarville, Ohio-Cedarville University will hold piano ensemble and vocal chamber music concerts on April 11 and 14 respectively. Both of the concerts begin at 4:30 p.m. in the Recital Hall of the Dixon Ministry Center. The piano ensemble will perform Monday, April 11. The ensemble is directed by Cedarville resident Dr. John Mortensen and features students Jennifer Barham, Sarah Buller, Maggie Hansell, Diana Kurin, and Clarissa Wagstaff. They will perform selections written for two pianos by Bach. The vocal chamber music concert will take place on Thursday, April 14. The Arts Ensemble and the ‘Ville Singers will present selections of early American, contemporary, and popular music, as well as a humorous presentation of "The Seasonings." The groups are directed by Cedarville resident and professor of music Dr. Lyle Anderson. Admission is free for all events and the public is invited. For more information, call 937-766-7728. -30-
