Ethics & Public Policy Center VP to Speak at Cedarville University

Cedarville, Ohio-Vice President of the Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPPC) Michael Cromartie will speak at Cedarville University on Tuesday, October 24 at 10 a.m. His presentation will take place in the University’s Dixon Ministry Center.

Cromartie directs the Evangelicals in Civic Life and Religion and the Media programs of the EPPC. He was appointed by President Bush in 2004 to serve on the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom and was elected a year later as chairman of the commission. Senior advisor to the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life, he also hosts Radio America’s weekly show “Faith and Life.”

Cromartie is also the editor of 14 books, including Piety and Politics, which Eternity magazine named one of the 25 best books of 1988. A graduate of Covenant College in Georgia, Cromartie holds an M.A. in justice from The American University in Washington, D.C. Learn more about Cromartie.

The EPPC was established in 1976 to clarify and reinforce the bond between the Judeo-Christian moral tradition and the public debate over domestic and foreign policy.
