Homecoming Concert and Parade Scheduled at CU

Cedarville, Ohio-As part of Cedarville University’s Homecoming festivities, a Prism of Praise Concert will take place Friday, Oct. 6 at 8 p.m. and a Homecoming Parade on Saturday, Oct. 7 at 9:30 a.m.

The parade, which will take place along Main Street of Cedarville, will focus on the theme “Creating Classic Memories, One Episode at a Time.”
Held in the Jeremiah Chapel of the Dixon Ministry Center, the Prism of Praise Concert features most of the department of music and art’s vocal and instrumental groups, including the concert chorale, men’s glee club, women’s choir, Jubilate, symphonic band, orchestra, and jazz band. Many music faculty will perform, such as Dr. Mark Spencer and Dr. Taylor Ferranti (vocal solos), Jun Kim (violin solo), and Dr. Charles Clevenger and Dr. John Mortensen (piano solos). Also, Beth Cram Porter and Laura Ferranti will present a vocal duet.
