Chair of Angell-Demmel to Speak at Cedarville Series

Cedarville, Ohio-Chair and principal shareholder of Angell-Demmel, will speak at Cedarville University on Monday, Feb. 5 as part of the Distinguished Speaker Series. Sponsored by the CU Department of Business Administration, the program begins at 3 p.m. in The DeVries Theatre of the Stevens Student Center.

Angell-Demmel is an international group of companies that design and manufacture aluminum decorative trim for the worldwide automotive industry. With customers including BMW, Ford, GM, and Honda, Angell-Demmel employs more than 600 people at facilities in North America (Dayton, Ohio, and Lebanon, Kentucky, USA), Europe (Lindau, Germany), and Asia (Fuqing, Fujian Province, China).

Anglin joined Angell-Demmel in 1996, after a 10-year career with the Ohio law firm of Porter, Wright, Morris, and Arthur. A certified public accountant (non-practicing), he concentrated his legal practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions as well as tax and business planning for profit and nonprofit organizations.

Anglin is a graduate of Wright State University (B.S. in Accounting, 1982) and the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D., Summa Cum Laude, 1986).
