by Public Relations Office—Cedarville, Ohio

Cedarville, Ohio—Cedarville University’s Brass Choir combines the elegance of classical music with the modernity of jazz to create an evening of uniquely styled music. Come hear this thrilling blend on Monday, Nov. 24, in the University’s Recital Hall.

Selections will include the antiphonal work “Canzon Duodecimi Toni” by Giovanni Gabrieli, “Little Fugue in D” by Johann Sebastian Bach, the 20th-century staple “Brass Square” by Don Gillis, and the fun-filled piece “Three Brass Cats” by British composer Chris Hazell.

Three of Cedarville’s music faculty will join students on stage: Michael DiCuirci Sr. on euphonium, Michael DiCuirci Jr. on tuba and Andy Millat on trombone.
