John Stonestreet to Speak in Chapel

Cedarville University invites the public to join John Stonestreet on November 1 and 2 at 10 a.m.

A passionate, popular speaker and commentator, Stonestreet hosts “The Point,” a daily national radio program, and provides thought-provoking commentaries on current events and life issues from a Christ-centered perspective.  These commentaries aim to start discussions about today’s challenges and cultural questions that many face on a daily basis. Stonestreet discusses a variety of topics, including culture, morality, truth and pop icons.

In addition, Stonestreet serves as executive director of operations for Summit Ministries, an organization dedicated to educational, Christ-centered ministry. Through his role with Summit Ministries and the Colson Center, a worldview ministry associated with Prison Fellowship Ministry, Stonestreet is able to direct conferences and curriculum projects, speak to groups nationally and internationally and consult on worldview education for schools and churches.

Stonestreet holds degrees from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Ill.) and Bryan College (Tenn.) and is the co-author of “Making Sense of Your World: A Biblical Worldview(Sheffield Press). He and his wife Sarah have three daughters and a dog and live in Colorado Springs, Colo.
