David “Mac” McQuiston, president and founder of the Christian Executive Officers Fellowship Forum (CEO Forum), will speak at Cedarville University.
CEO Forum’s mission is to develop spiritual statesmen among senior executives of major corporations in order to advance the Kingdom of God and impact the business and social cultures of America. Forum members include CEOs of Fortune 1000 companies.
In addition to providing executive leadership to the forum, McQuiston is personal mentor to many forum members. Each month he convenes dozens of small Bible studies over the phone. This gives business leaders the opportunity to call in from wherever they are at the time. Although they take place on the phone, the Bible studies encourage strong friendships.
“The Bible talks about sharing not only the Gospel, but our lives as well,” McQuiston shares. “That’s what these leaders do. They share their struggles and their needs, and it happens in a safe environment. They would never be able to develop these forms of community if we required they meet only in person. It’s just not possible given the kinds of lives they lead.”
McQuiston will speak as part of the Cedarville University chapel service on Oct. 13 beginning at 10 a.m. The event is free and open to the public.
