“Money, Greed, and God” Author to Visit Cedarville University

The Cedarville University Department of Business Administration and the Berry Chair of Free Enterprise welcomes author and scholar Dr. Jay Richards to campus on Tuesday, November 2. Richards is the author most recently of “Money, Greed, and God: Why Capitalism Is the Solution and Not the Problem.”

Richards will make two presentations that are free and open to the public:

  • 3:30 p.m. — "Myths Christians Believe About Wealth and Poverty"
  • 8 p.m. — "How to Create Wealth and Alleviate Poverty"

Richards is a senior fellow of the Discovery Institute and a contributing editor of “The American” a journal of the American Enterprise Institute. In recent years, he has been a visiting fellow at The Heritage Foundation and a research fellow and director of Acton Media at the Acton Institute.  Along with lecturing worldwide, he has written numerous academic articles, books, and popular essays. Richards’ work has also been covered by “The New York Times,” “The Washington Post,” “The Wall Street Journal” and a number of other national radio and television programs.
