Mark your calendar now and plan to attend the Worship 4:24 Conference at Cedarville University on January 28–29, 2011. Co-sponsored by the State Convention of Baptists in Ohio and the Cedarville University Department of Music and Worship. This conference is designed to equip worship leaders, musicians, band members, praise team members, and tech crews to be effective leaders.
Tickets are $35 per person ($30 per student). Registration is due by January 20, and fees are non-refundable after the deadline.
Worship songwriter Lenny LeBlanc will serve as the keynote speaker for the conference. LeBlanc started his career in a 1970's duo, LeBlanc & Carr, and then embarked on a solo career in contemporary Christian music. “I would hope that my music causes people to seek to know God,” says LeBlanc. “Not seek to become a better Christian, but to know Him more. That's what I desire in my own life.”
The first 50 worship pastors who register for Worship 4:24 will receive a free copy of Chris Tiegreen’s book, “The One Year Worship the King Devotional: 365 Daily Bible Reading to Inspire Praise," at conference check-in.
