Research Symposium Promotes Campus Scholarship

by Nathan Pilling, Public Relations Writer

The fourth annual Research and Scholarship Symposium will be held on April 10 in the Dixon Ministry Center. The symposium seeks to bring together the current research and scholarship activities of Cedarville University faculty and students. The event allows both to present and explain their work in front of a large audience.

“The goal of this event is to promote scholarship at Cedarville,” said Sharon Christman, Ph.D., chair of the research task force committee. “It provides a forum for presenting the scholarship that is done here on campus and provides campus scholars with opportunities for networking.”

Poster, podium and performance presentations from all of Cedarville’s academic colleges and schools will be featured at the event. The symposium is free and the public is invited to attend. The event will be open from 1-5 p.m. that afternoon. Visit the Research and Scholarship Symposium website for more information.
