BLS Class for Healthcare Providers

The American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Course will be held at Cedarville University on November 15 from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. in the Callan Athletic Center.
“We offer the BLS course as part of our EMT training, said Linda Chrystal, program coordinator for continuing education. “The class on November 15 is offered as a continuing education opportunity for healthcare professionals in the community.”

The BLS course trains healthcare professionals how to provide CPR for all ages, administer an AED, and relieve choking. Those who complete the course will receive an American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Course Completion Card, which is valid for two years.
