Conservatism Is a Strength at CU

In a recent survey by Niche.com, Cedarville University was ranked the third most conservative college in the United States. The survey is based on rigorous academics, high-achieving students and faculty, affordability and student satisfaction.

Niche.com is a website that conducts surveys on a variety of topics that allow people to gain a better understanding of the atmosphere of colleges and universities. The site provides more than 50 statistics from 892 schools and the opinions of nearly 300,000 students.Survey questions are completed by current students and alumni of each institution and are based on academics, campus life, administration, diversity and more.

Cedarville University is home to 3,620 students and more than 200 professors who all claim faith in Jesus Christ. Each class includes a biblical integration element, and every student graduates with a Bible minor. Although approximately half of the degrees offered at Cedarville are in liberal arts disciplines, the majority of students study fields such as nursing, education and engineering.
