High School Students Invited to CU Friday

by Victoria Stearns, Public Relations Writer

High school students and their families can experience college life firsthand at Cedarville University’s “CU Friday” on September 26. The CU Friday experience helps prospective students explore campus, get an inside look into academic programs and engage in student life activities.

The event begins at 8 a.m. with registration and a continental breakfast. The University president, Thomas White, and selected other campus and student leaders will greet guests in the DeVries Theatre in the Stevens Student Center. Afterward, participants will attend chapel, take a campus tour, experience a college-level class and enjoy lunch in the University’s large dining facility.

Students have the opportunity to spend the night in a residence hall with Cedarville students. This option costs $20 and includes lodging and an additional meal pass. Overnight visitors can make special arrangements by calling the admissions office.
