  • Print Services can print from CDs, flash drives, hard copies, or electronic files; however, jobs should be ready to print upon arrival at the service center. Jobs not properly formatted will be returned unprinted or assessed an additional setup fee.
  • Print Services requires a minimum 24-hour notice (jobs not involving binding or folding) and operates on a first come, first served basis. At peak times, priority is given to University materials and literature.
  • Jobs should be print-ready. (For example, if you want multiple images on one page, the electronic or hard copy original should be set up that way.) Your job will be returned unprinted, or a set-up fee will be added for jobs not properly formatted.
  • Print Services can print from multiple graphics programs as well as word processing programs. To assure that your document is unchanged in the production process, we recommend sending it as a PDF file.
  • If your document contains unusual or uncommonly used fonts, please send the fonts along with your job.
  • Some jobs will require proofs to be checked prior to printing.
  • Rush jobs will be charged a minimum fee of $5.00 and up to 10% of your total order cost.
