Transcript Request - Cedarville University
- Transcripts may only be released when your financial obligation to the University is met. To prevent a delay in the processing of your request, please contact the Cashiers Office (937-766-7824) regarding your account balance.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for regular transcript processing.
- Ordering online is the most efficient and secure method to request your transcript and results in many service benefits, but a basic service fee of $10.00 is required.
Ordering an Official Transcript
A CedarNet username and password are required to request your transcript. Federal Law requires your handwritten signature to release your records. Submitting your request in this electronic format serves as your authorization to release your transcript, in lieu of your handwritten signature. If you do not have a CedarNet account or do not remember your login information, please call the Office of the Registrar at 937-766-7710 for assistance.
Use your CedarNet username and password to enter and submit all required information and payment through the Transcripts on Demand online request form.

How much does a transcript cost?
An official electronic transcript has a basic service fee of $10.00 and will be processed in three to five business days. There is a $7.00 fee for each additional copy of your official electronic transcript on the same request.
Cedarville University recommends electronic delivery of your transcript. A request for an official transcript to be sent by US Mail has an additional fee of $2.00 for printing and handling. For each additional copy of your official transcript sent by US Mail there is a $7.00 fee.
Can my transcript be expedited?
Yes, transcript requests can be expedited in a variety of ways.
Same day service is available if you would like your request to be processed by the end of the business day. This applies to orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. There is an additional $15.00 fee per transcript for this expedited service.
Transcripts on Demand also provides expedited domestic delivery services through UPS Next Day Air or UPS Two Day Air. For international delivery of transcripts, UPS Worldwide Expedited delivery is available. More information concerning these expedited services and fees are available on the “Order Options” portion of the Transcripts on Demand online request form.
Can I pick-up my transcript in the Office of the Registrar or have it delivered to my campus box?
Please visit the Office of the Registrar (SSC 132) to complete a transcript request form for pick-up or campus box delivery. Do not complete the online request form. There is a service fee of $10.00 per transcript associated for requests of this nature. Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
I have a form to send with my transcript. What do I do?
The Transcripts on Demand website provides you an opportunity to upload any form or document you need to accompany your transcript. This feature is located in the “Verify Order” portion of the process. Always confirm that the form you upload has been completed in its entirety.
How can I log-in if I never had a username and password while at Cedarville?
What if I cannot call the Office of the Registrar during business hours to obtain a username and password?
If you are unable to contact the office during business hours, please email email@example.com and request your CedarNet username and password by providing the following information: first name, middle name, last name, maiden name (if applicable), date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number.
Can I view my unofficial transcript online?
If you attended Cedarville after January of 1985, you can access your unofficial transcript through CedarInfo with your CedarNet username and password. “Your transcript” is located at the bottom of the Academic (Student) Transactions section.
