Online Registration Forms
Due to the need for students to register for classes at home, the Office of the Registrar has made the in-person registration forms and processes available online for the duration of this unique time.
Instructions for Students
Choose the document that you need in the list below and follow the applicable instructions.
- Non-Traditional Course Request [PDF]
- Registration Approval Form [PDF]
- Transient Study Approval Process [Google Form]
For PDF Documents:
- Download the PDF and complete as much as you are able (Your student / class information ; faculty signatures not required )
- Make sure your changes are saved
- Send the saved PDF to firstname.lastname@example.org
- The Registrar will then follow up with you as soon as possible
For Google Forms
- Fill out the form and the Registrar will receive your needed information
