Li'l Sibs Weekend is coming up, and it's not just for students!
Does your student have younger siblings at home? Then they'll want to join their big sib at Li'l Sibs Weekend on February 16-18. They'll get a firsthand look at college life at Cedarvile while experiencing Alt Night, basketball games, a concert, and more. Kids 12 and older can even stay in the dorms with their big sibs. My younger girls came last year and had a blast!
While your kids are having an awesome time together, you can join other parents for some fun activities:
- Parent Coffee House – Friday, February 16, 7-9 p.m., BTS 102/103 (free event)
- Parent Brunch – Saturday, February 17, 10 a.m.-12 p.m., Stinger's ($5 each)
It'll be a great time to get to know other Cedarville parents. My wife and I will be at both events and hope to meet many of you there.
Register for Li'l Sibs Weekend and parent activities online now!

We want to let you know about two upcoming events on campus that affect you as parents.
Final Exams/End of First Semester
Final exams for fall semester are December 13-15. Please be praying for our students as they prepare for and take their finals, and don’t forget about the opportunity to send your student a care package to help them get through that tough last week (today is the last day to order to guarantee delivery by the first day of finals week). Residence halls will close for Christmas break on Saturday, December 16, at 5 p.m. Make sure your student has secured a ride or scheduled flights for the break. Student Life Programs provides shuttle transportation to and from Dayton International Airport, if needed. You can arrange a shuttle online. Classes resume for spring semester January 9.
Li'l Sibs Weekend
Does your student have younger siblings at home? Bring them to campus February 16-18 for Li'l Sibs Weekend! There will be a full array of fun activities planned for them, and we’ll even have some events just for parents. You can enjoy a Parent Coffee House on Friday evening and a Parent Brunch on Saturday morning. For more information and to register, visit the Li'l Sibs Weekend website.
P.S. As you're doing your Christmas shopping online this year, consider using AmazonSmile. Enter Cedarville University as your charitable organization, and Cedarville will receive 5% of your purchase price. It's an easy way to cross items off your shopping list while benefiting our students!
