2007 NCA Self-Study Document - Welcome
Cedarville University has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools since 1975. The HLC accredits over 1,300 institutions in nineteen states in the North Central region.
As a portion of the process to seek reaccreditation in 2007, Cedarville embarked on a Self-Study process in 2004. The HLC asks institutions seeking reaccreditation to evaluate themselves on the basis of five criteria. Over the last three years, Cedarville has conducted a broadly based review of its educational and administrative processes based on the HLC criteria and written the following Self-Study Report.
As a part of Cedarville's ongoing policy of operating openly and with integrity, this report is being made available to the public. Should you have any comments or questions with regard to the Self-Study or Cedarville's accreditation status, please contact Dr. Thomas Mach, Self-Study Coordinator via e-mail.
