One Thousand Days Transformed - The Campaign for Cedarville

If I were a CU student … I would spend my 1,000 days investing in others around me, getting involved in campus life, and joining a local church. Cedarville offers so many different opportunities to get involved, try new things, and make life-long friendships. I would use my studies as an opportunity to glorify God and learn about the world he has created. Time is short, and life is fast, so I would do my best to be present daily and not take the opportunity to attend Cedarville for granted.

What is the best restaurant in the area?  Ellie’s in Yellow Springs has super yummy food and it has a cute atmosphere. Also, Pettibone Coffee in Fairborn is the bomb. Excellent coffee, and a great place to study on the weekends. You have to try their Hot Honey Grilled Cheese sandwich if you go. You will not regret it.

What sets CU apart from other colleges and universities?  One of the special things about Cedarville is the community and culture. The students clearly have a heart for Jesus and it overflows into every facet of their lives, making the University the perfect place to know God and love Him more. One reason Cedarville’s academics are special is because of the professors. The professors genuinely care for each student and exhibit godly character as well as knowledge about their field of study.

Hometown? Dalton, OH

Degree?  Marketing

Best place to visit around Cedarville? Cedarville is located in the perfect place because we are surrounded by fun cities like Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati. My favorite places to go in Columbus are Short North and Easton Town Center. A really fun place to visit in Cincinnati is Over the Rhine.
