Three nationally renowned publications have recognized Cedarville University as a top school at both the regional and national levels.
The prestigious Princeton Review named Cedarville University as one of the top colleges in the Midwest in its list of “2016 Best Colleges: Region by Region.” Cedarville is listed among the top 159 colleges and universities in the Midwest. According to a national database, there are 445 four-year colleges and universities in this region — 70 from Ohio.
Forbes magazine, in its ranking of the best 650 universities in the nation, ranked Cedarville No. 293. The publication also considers Cedarville No. 67 among all Midwest universities and No. 211 of all private universities in the country. Cedarville is ranked No. 12 among all universities in Ohio. Meanwhile, Money magazine placed Cedarville No. 354 among its best 736 colleges and universities. There are 3,026 four-year colleges and universities nationwide.
Rankings for all three publications are based on a combination of admissions standards, financial aid, graduation rates, postgraduate earning potential and student life.
The latest accolades come on the heels of Cedarville’s inclusion as a College of Distinction, an honor that was handed out in June.
