Andrew Rappaport set to speak in CU chapel

The "Striving for Eternity Ministries" president will speak in chapel on Nov. 16.


Andrew Rappaport, founder and president of Striving for Eternity Ministries in Jackson, New Jersey, will speak in chapel at Cedarville University on Thursday, Nov. 16.

Striving for Eternity Ministries provides biblical resources and answers to difficult Bible questions. They focus on evangelism, discipleship, apologetics and Christian living with the purpose of bringing glory to God.

Rappaport also founded Spread the Fire, an evangelism training and outreach event organization based mainly in New Jersey and California. He teaches hermeneutics and systematic theology for Striving for Eternity Ministries Academy, an online Bible school. Rappaport also serves on the pastoral board of the Solutions Pregnancy and Health Center.

In 2015, Rappaport published his book, “What Do They Believe: A Systematic Theology of the Major Western Religions.”

Rappaport earned his bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey, and his Master of Theological Studies degree from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
