The College Consensus ranked Cedarville as the third-best college in Ohio, tops among Christian institutions.

Cedarville University is the third-best college in the state of Ohio according to College Consensus, a trusted online resource for college and university rankings. Out of the 131 colleges and universities, Cedarville also ranked as the top Christian educational institution in Ohio.

The College Consensus compiles results from reputable college ranking systems and thousands of student reviews. College Consensus rankings are unique because they reflect the experiences of students who attend the university.

“At Cedarville, we give the glory to God for rankings such as this one, and we seek to continue to provide the best possible educational and campus experience for our students,” said Dr. Thomas Mach, vice president for academics.

Cedarville stands out for a number of reasons: quality academic programs, excellent student experience and a 97 percent placement rate within six months of graduation. The university’s graduation rate of 72 percent is more than 20 percent higher than the national average.

College Consensus also recognized Cedarville for its Christ-centered teaching and worldview. While attending Cedarville, all students complete a Bible minor and attend daily chapel.

“We purpose to provide an excellent education that is grounded in biblical truth,” explained Mach. “We are grateful when, in the pursuit of that objective, we are recognized by rankings like this one.”

Located in southwest Ohio, Cedarville University is an accredited, Christ-centered, Baptist institution with an enrollment of 3,963 undergraduate, graduate and online students in more than 100 areas of study.
