Cedarville welcomes Del Ray Baptist's Garrett Kell to chapel

Garrett Kell will speak in chapel on October 24 in conjunction with the 9Marks Pastors Conference.


Garrett Kell, lead pastor of Del Ray Baptist Church in Alexandria, Virginia, will speak in chapel at Cedarville University on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017.

Kell grew up in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, and graduated from Virginia Tech in 2000. During his time at Virginia Tech, Kell was led to the Lord through a friend’s witness and the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. In 2005, he earned master’s degrees in pastoral studies and New Testament studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Kell and his wife, Carrie, have served at Del Ray Baptist Church since 2012. They have five children: Eden, Haddon, Phoebe, Graham and Simeon.

Kell is a plenary speaker for the annual 9Marks Pastors Conference taking place at Cedarville University Oct. 23-24.
