Community Uniting at Annual Christmas Concert
Concert is free and open to the public, featuring a sing-along to music from Handel's Messiah.
Cedarville University’s annual Community Christmas Celebration will bring holiday cheer to the Dayton area on Sunday, Dec. 2, at 6 p.m. The concert is open to the public and will take place in the Jeremiah Chapel of the Dixon Ministry Center. Admission is free and no ticket required.
Musical selections will be performed by Cedarville University’s premiere musical ensembles. The audience will also participate by singing several Christmas carol favorites as well as a Messiah sing-along.
“The Community Christmas Celebration provides a venue where local churches and community members can all come together to share in a celebration that recognizes the birth of Jesus Christ,” said Bruce Curlette, professor of music and the event’s coordinator. “It’s also a time for the entire Cedarville family to join together for a meaningful beginning to the Christmas season.”
