This week on the Cedarville Stories podcast, we return to a podcast that first aired on May 6, 2020.

Dr. Mark Caleb Smith brings balanced and insightful navigation, like a global positioning system, for a landscape where it’s easy to get lost: the strange and sometimes confusing roadmap of American politics. His thoughtful and articulate approach has made him a favorite of the media; he has recorded more than 1,000 television, radio, print, and online interviews during his 16 years at Cedarville University.

For Dr. Smith, preparation is a key to his appeal. He is a diligent student of current events, reading up on the latest in domestic and international politics and public policy for up to three hours each day. When news crews arrive on campus for interviews, he is ready with a well-reasoned answer to their often pointed questions.

His fair and objective analysis makes him a trustworthy source and a breath of fresh air for those trying to clear the political fog. His biblical worldview ensures that his perspectives are true and unbiased and ultimately bring glory to the Lord.
