Our speaker for today is Benny Mathews, executive director of Alpha Ministries, which was established in 1965 in North India. The purpose of Alpha Ministries is to help fulfill Christ’s mission mandate in Acts 1:8 to reach cities through evangelism, to reach whole regions through church planting, and to reach the world through mission sending, as well as to encourage and strengthen evangelical Christianity in nations where Christians are persecuted or few in number.
