Gospel at Work Conference - October 13, 2015

Gospel at Work Conference

October 13, 2015 from 7:00 p.m.

Join us at Cedarville University on October 13, 2015, for An Evening with Sebastian Traeger and Greg Gilbert, Authors of The Gospel at Work: How Working for King Jesus Gives Purpose and Meaning to Our Jobs Find God’s vision for your job. Reclaim God’s vision for your life.

Many Christians fall victim to one of two main problems when it comes to their work: either they are idle in their work, or they have made an idol of it. Both of these mindsets are dangerous misunderstandings of how God intends for us to think about our employment.

In The Gospel at Work, Sebastian Traeger and Greg Gilbert unpack the powerful ways the Gospel can transform how we do what we do, releasing us from the cultural pressures of both an all-consuming devotion and a punch-in, punch-out mentality ? in order to find the freedom of a work ethic rooted in serving Christ.

When: October 13, 2015, at 7 p.m.

Where:  Dixon Ministry Center, Jeremiah Chapel

Cost:  FREE; registration is not required

You are also invited to hear Traeger and Gilbert speak to our Cedarville University family in chapel on October 13–14, 2015, at 10 a.m. in the Dixon Ministry Center, Jeremiah Chapel.
