Six Sigma Green Belt - January 31, 2013

Six Sigma Green Belt

January 31, 2013 from 6:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m.

Six Sigma is a business strategy that focuses on eliminating defects and improving quality. Six Sigma has three distinct functions depending on the use within an organization. It can be deployed as a business management strategy, a systematic approach to problem solving, and as a statistical data driven approach. Numerous organizations have implemented these methodologies to drive improvements in industries like manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and information technology. Six Sigma is all about listening to the voice of the customer, improving efficiency, eliminating waste, and reducing the cost of poor quality.

Sessions will be held every Thursday from January 31 to April 11.
