An Evening With CS Lewis - October 10, 2010

An Evening With CS Lewis

October 10, 2010 from 7:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

An Evening with C. S. Lewis (as portrayed by actor David Payne) takes place in the twilight years of the life of the renowned British author and Christian apologist. He is hosting a group of American writers who have come to Lewis' home, just outside of Oxford, to hear a man who has become a legend in his own lifetime. With a display of oratory and humor that made him one of England's most famous public speakers, he recounts the significant events and the people that shaped his life including how he went from atheism to Christianity. Due to C.S. Lewis' reputation as an author in the secular world this is an ideal event for the community and the un-churched.
