Announcing New Civil Engineering Major

civil engineering

Cedarville University recently added a civil engineering major to its comprehensive list of undergraduate academic offerings. This innovative program will begin in fall 2018 and will equip students to pursue careers in designing, building, and maintaining construction projects and systems in both the public and private sector.

Cedarville University’s School of Engineering and Computer Science already offers accredited degrees in computer, electrical, and mechanical engineering and computer science.

This new major is just another example of Cedarville’s commitment to preparing Christian professionals for in-demand careers. And, Cedarville is also answering the call to take the love of Christ to those in need. Read a recent news release that explains how our new civil engineering degree stems from a desire to make a Gospel impact in areas that need it the most.

Do you know a student who is interested in civil engineering? Encourage them to look at Cedarville! There is still time to apply and be part of the inaugural class in 2018.
