Celebrating Record Enrollment, God's Working in Students' Lives!

September 9, 2019

Getting Started 2015The 2019–20 academic year is off to a great start! More than 1,100 freshmen and transfer students participated in Getting Started Weekend August 16–18, kicking off the academic year and their Cedarville experience. Cedarville now has 4,380 undergraduate, graduate, and College Now (high school dual enrollment) students — our largest enrollment ever.

As with every year, Cedarville started the semester with the Fall Bible Conference. This year we welcomed Dean Inserra, Lead Pastor of City Church in Tallahassee, Florida, as the conference speaker. Dean themed his messages “The Process,” focusing on 1 Corinthians 2:9-3:3. He challenged students to continue in Christian growth and maturity, highlighting clear markers that indicate if we are advancing through the process. God is already working in our students' lives, with many coming forward at the conference with to make decisions for Christ! What a great way to start the year! (To watch any of the conference sessions, visit our chapel archive.)

Giving students the opportunity to sit under the teaching of nationally recognized Bible speakers, as well as challenging them with highly regarded academic programs, sets Cedarville University apart! As you guide your student through the college search process, discuss the importance of higher education with a biblical worldview and how it can impact them. Visit us to see the difference a rigorous academic program delivered in an authentic Christian community can make.
