CU: Create Guest CedarNet Account

Temporary CedarNet accounts are available for anyone visiting campus. If you are visiting campus with a group, a representative from Admissions or Event Services will provide you with guest login credentials. If you are a student, faculty, or staff member of the University, you can set up a temporary CedarNet account for your visitor(s), which allows them to log in to University computers or use the wireless network.

Temporary CedarNet accounts are valid up to 3 days. If your guest needs a longer timeframe (up to 30 days), please call information technology at 937-766-7905.

  1. Log in to CedarInfo.
  2. Under "Campus Services," click "Create Temporary CedarNet user."
  3. Enter the last and first name of your guest and select how many days you need the account active > Click [Continue]. A page will appear with the temporary login and password, as well as the expiration date.
