2021-22 COVID-19 Operating Plan

As we look forward with excitement to beginning a new academic year soon, we have posted our 2021-22 COVID-19 Operating Plan that will guide us. You'll find protocols for the year, FAQs, and helpful contact information. Please review the plan with your student prior to coming to campus.

Late Fees/Interest on Past Due Accounts

Due to the financial hardships on families during the COVID pandemic, Cedarville University has waived late fees and interest charges on past due student accounts since March 2020.

As we head back into normal operations for the new academic year, we are returning to our regular policy, but with a reduced interest rate on unpaid balances.

Starting with fall semester 2021, unpaid student accounts will be charged 5% interest on the unpaid balance (compared to 7%). We will assess a $25 late fee for accounts once they are 10 days past due for the month.

Please contact the Cashiers office if you have questions or concerns about paying your student's bill.
