Keeping You Updated: April 10, 2020

Friday, April 10, 2020

As we continue in this time of remote (online) instruction with most of our faculty and staff also working from home, we have been sending daily emails to the campus community to keep us connected and informed. To ensure parents are also receiving relevant information, we will send you a weekly update with highlights from our daily communications. If you would like to receive the daily updates personally, please subscribe to our COVID-19 blog.

Room & Board Refund Requests

To ensure we validate identity and protect the room and board refund process from any potential misuse, we have set up the form to be accessible only to students using their Cedarville email address. If your student encounters any difficulty with the form, please email cashier@cedarville.edu.

Weekly COVID-19 School of Pharmacy Update

Watch as Dr. Zach Jenkins, Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice, provides an update on Hydroxychloroquine as a possible treatment for COVID-19.

Commencement 2020

We are thankful to all of the students who participated in the class of 2020 graduation celebration event survey. After reviewing all submissions, we have determined that, Lord willing, we will hold the 2020 commencement during homecoming weekend, October 2-3, with full regalia. Watch for additional information in the coming weeks, and save these days on your calendar! We are so excited to be able to honor our graduates in this way. In the meantime, we’ve received many requests to purchase regalia. The Bookstore is working with Jostens to provide a website where you’ll be able to order your student's regalia. More information coming soon!

#CUGIVEHOPE

The Cedarville family came together on April 8 for our #CUGIVEHOPE day of giving, with 475 donors giving $214,907 toward scholarships and emergency funding for students hit hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are so grateful for how God is using the generosity of so many to bless our students. Learn more.

Dr. White Facebook Live

As part of Wednesday's #CUGIVEHOPE giving day, Dr. White was live on Facebook in the afternoon, sharing senior memories and stories of student needs. He also had a few surprise guests join him. If you missed it, watch it now.

Good Friday

In observance of Good Friday, all University offices will be closed today, April 10. Dr. White shared a special Good Friday message at 10 a.m. on Facebook Live and the chapel livestream. If you missed it, you can access the chapel in the archive.
