This is a low-power view of a spinal cord in cross section, now with nerve roots and ganglia shown. Gray matter is not well shown, though visible.  The anterior, lateral, and posterior gray horns are marked (A, L, and P).

Dorsal and ventral roots are shown here, as well as the dorsal root ganglion (DRG).
