Biography

Dr. Tsai joined the faculty of the Robert W. Plaster School of Business in fall 2013. She teaches IT for Business, IT Strategy, Information Security & Risk Management, Systems Analysis & Design, and Business Process Management. Her research interests include technostress and the role of social influence (e.g., persuasion) in technology acceptance. She has published in Human Resource Management, The DATA BASE for Advances in Information Systems, and Journal of Information Technology. She is also a reviewer for regional and global conferences on information systems.
