On-Campus Opportunities

Worship students have many opportunities to participate in various musical activities on campus. Our campus culture is very musical, and options range from music department ensembles, worship department bands, chapel bands, on-campus concerts, worship events, to groups of students in the dorm who play together for fun. Upperclassmen worship students also often lead worship in chapel.

Off-Campus Jobs

Many area churches use worship students to play in their praise bands and also to lead worship. There are many opportunities to play as well as hone your skills as a worship leader. Cedarville students are in demand as worship leaders. It is the second most requested position in our career services office. Our music department  ensembles, worship department bands, and Heartsong both tour off-campus.

Future Opportunities

There is a great demand for worship leaders who are excellent musically and who have a pastor's heart. Both our music and worship faculty and career services office stand ready to help you as you look for a ministry position.
