Sophomore mechanical engineering student Connor Hart came to Cedarville with an established track record of helping others in big ways. While in high school, he founded Hands of Hope, which provided 3-D printed prosthetics to children with a limb difference.
His servant heart hasn’t stopped there. With the advent of the coronavirus pandemic, Connor went from creating prosthetics to making 3-D printed masks for healthcare workers, which have been sent to nursing homes and medical professionals.
God continues to show Connor how He wants to use his engineering abilities to serve others. This servant’s mindset started when he went on a missions trip as a teenager. Connor’s faith was changed by this experience, and he is more convinced than ever that God wants to use him to make a difference in the lives of others.

Hope McGill, a little girl who lives in Milford, Ohio, was the first recipient of a 3-D prosthetic from the Hands of Hope Foundation, and she is the reason for its name.
The 3-D masks that Connor creates can be sanitized and reused, meaning the possibility of months of use if cared for properly.
