Welcome! Our Student Employment Team strives to provide quality customer service to students and hiring supervisors as we guide you through the application and hiring process. Our goal is for all student employment experiences to be enjoyable and rewarding while teaching marketable employment skills. You are a valuable member of Cedarville both as a student and as our employee. The University's student employment program helps students grow through mentorship and hands-on experiences as they actively build communities and contribute to University life.

How Do I Find a Job on Campus?

Determine your eligibility to work at Cedarville University, then create an online student employment profile.
You are eligible to work on campus if you are:
- An undergraduate student registered for six or more credit hours
- An international student registered for twelve or more credit hours
- A graduate student registered for three or more credit hours

If this is your first on-campus job, review the acceptable document list to know what you'll need to bring to begin working.
- Documents must be original and unexpired. No photocopies will be accepted.
- You must bring one document from List A OR one document from both List B and List C.
- All required paperwork must be completed prior to beginning your employment with Cedarville.

Once hired, complete these onboarding tasks.
- Download the Dayforce app, the timekeeping system, and create a user profile.
- Download the Dayforce Wallet app, a Direct Deposit resource, and create a user profile.
- Add additional banking information if opting to use personal bank as another Direct Deposit resource.
- Complete all federal, state, and local tax withholding forms.

Student responsibilities as a Cedarville employee:
- Enter and save all the hours worked on timesheet daily.
- Review all timesheet entries weekly, then approve and authorize worked hours.
- Reference the Student Payroll Schedule for pay dates when students will receive their earned wages.
- Review the supplementary information below to find additional helpful materials related to students and their jobs on campus.
