Don Rhymer, PhD

Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering


Biography

Dr. Rhymer came to Cedarville in 2026 after a 24-year Air Force career, having taught engineering mechanics for 12 years at the Air Force Academy. His graduate research is in the mechanical behavior of materials, primarily aerospace structures. He has also explored ministry in a pastoral internship and served as an Instructor of Bible, Physics, and Literature as well as Athletic Director at Konos Academy in Tyrone, Georgia.
